New Delhi: Niharika Mohan has been appointed as the CHRO for Schneider Electric Greater India Zone.
In her new role, Niharika will lead Schneider’s People & Culture agenda, driving talent strategy, leadership development and inclusion-led performance transformation across one of the company’s strategic growth markets.
Previously, as VP – HR, Secure Power (International, Schneider Electric, Niharika led people strategy, organisational effectiveness, and cultural transformation across 80 International markets.
Even before that, Niharika was CHRO at Luminous Power Technologies (a Schneider Electric company) where she built a unified HR function for a Euro 550 mn business with over 5,500 employees.
Before Schneider, Niharika had worked with Aon (Hewitt Associates) and TCS, too.
