Bengaluru: Kavitha Rao has joined as Market Leader – Apple Retail, effective January 2026.
In her new role, Kavitha will lead and inspire teams to deliver customer experiences that build loyalty and bring the Apple vision to life.
She expects to contribute significantly to Apple’s focus in India on customer and people experience.
Previously, Kavitha worked as a Business & Leadership Coach and Advisor for a year, partnering with CXOs and entrepreneurs.
Before that, she also served as Co-Founder & COO, 10Club for one year.
Kavitha has also served as MD – Retail at Accenture and Chief Commercial Officer – India at IKEA.
She had also worked in various marketing roles with Walmart, Target, Infosys BPM and Hindustan Unilever.
