Mumbai: Neha Jangale has been appointed as Head – Learning & Development at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals.
In her new role, Jangale will.be responsible for designing and executing enterprise-wide learning strategies, leadership development initiatives and talent acceleration programs to support business transformation.
She will also enable continuous learning aligned with Glenmark’s growth and innovation priorities.
Earlier, Jangale served as Sr Manager – HR at Reliance Industries. She also served in various HR roles for five years with Mahindra & Mahindra Limited.
Before that, Jangale has worked with Saint – Gobain and TCS.
