New Delhi: Deepti Pathak has been promoted to the position of Head of Human Resources at Aurore Life Sciences. Pathak was the HR Deputy General Manager before this promotion.
Pathak has worked for top pharmaceutical and research companies for more than ten years. In 2024, she returned to Aurore Life Sciences from Azizant Drug Research Solutions as Assistant General Manager. She previously held the position of Lead HR Business Partner from November 2019 to September 2022, making this her second stint with the organisation.
Pathak is renowned for using data-driven HR analytics and metrics to improve organisational effectiveness and decision-making. Her capacity to combine creative problem-solving with analytical thinking has contributed to significant change in the organisations she has worked for.
It is anticipated that Pathak will further solidify Aurore’s people strategy, cultivate a culture of high performance, and coordinate HR activities with the organisation’s long-term commercial objectives in her new position.
