Chennai: Jasmeet Bhatia has been appointed as President & Head HR at Ashok Leyland.
In his new role, Jasmeet will lead Ashok Leyland’s people strategy, strengthening leadership capability, talent systems, culture and organisational effectiveness to support Ashok Leyland across operations, manufacturing excellence and business growth.
Previously, Jasmeet worked for 5 years with Thermax Ltd as CHRO and EVP.
Earlier, he was HR Director – India and HR Director South Asia Pacific at Carrier Corporation and VP – HR at Valvoline.
Jasmeet held multiple HR roles for 8 years at Honeywell Automation India Ltd.
In the beginning, he held HR roles at MaFoi, Mphasis and CES.
