New Delhi: NeoLiv has appointed Milind Apte as Senior Vice President, Partner & Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
With over 35 years of distinguished experience in strategic human capital management, leadership development and organisation transformation, Apte brings with him a wealth of expertise to support NeoLiv’s vision of building a future-ready, people-first real estate platform.
In his new role, Apte will lead the Group HR function, focusing on enhancing organisational capability, fostering an inclusive and performance-driven culture, and aligning talent strategy with business growth objectives. His appointment underscores NeoLiv’s commitment to strengthening its leadership team with industry veterans who bring both depth and vision.

Known for his ability to align HR strategy with evolving business needs, he has led transformative initiatives across areas such as talent management, capability building, employee engagement, culture transformation and total rewards.
