Mumbai: Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages has appointed Ritesh Pratap Singh as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
In his new role, Singh will lead the company’s enterprise-wide people strategy, focusing on talent transformation, leadership development, and culture-building initiatives. He will also work on building a future-ready workforce while aligning human capital priorities with long-term business growth and sustainability objectives.
Before this appointment, Singh served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President – Human Resources at Tata Projects. He earlier held the role of Head – Human Resources at Tata Trusts, where he played a significant role in integrating talent and organisational culture with mission-driven outcomes.
Singh has also held senior leadership positions at Taj Hotels and brings extensive HR leadership experience across rewards, organisation effectiveness, and workforce strategy. His career includes key roles at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, Convergys, and Coca-Cola India, reflecting deep expertise across large and diverse organisations.
Singh is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur. As CHRO at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, he is expected to strengthen organisational capability, drive workforce transformation, and ensure that people strategies support long-term business growth and sustainability.
