Pune: Niharika Karwa has been appointed as Head of People & Culture at Palo Alto Labs.
In her new role, Niharika will lead the people, culture, and leadership agenda. She will support the scaling of GCCs through progressive people practices and high-impact leadership frameworks.
Niharika will focus on building scalable people systems, strengthening organizational culture, and enabling sustainable growth aligned with business priorities.
Earlier, Niharika served as Senior People Business Partner at SingleStore, where she led end-to-end AI-driven people operations across India and APAC. Before that, she served in different HR roles with UST, ClimateWorks Foundation, CrowdDoing, Xpanxion, and 3DPLM Software Solutions.
