Noida: Access Healthcare has appointed Debashish Ghosh as Senior Vice President (SVP) and Head of People for India and the Philippines.
In his new role, Ghosh will lead the people function across two of the company’s key markets. He will focus on leadership development, talent outcomes, and building scalable HR systems to support business growth. The appointment comes as Access Healthcare strengthens its position in the revenue cycle management space and invests further in technology and automation.
Ghosh brings more than two decades of experience in human resources and organisational leadership. Before joining Access Healthcare, he was the founder and CEO at TalBha. He has also served as senior vice president and India HR Head at Berkadia. Earlier in his career, he spent over 12 years at Genpact, where he led HR strategies aligned with business goals and drove transformation initiatives.
Speaking on his appointment, Ghosh said he is excited to join the company at a key stage in its growth. He noted that Access Healthcare’s integration into the Smarter Technologies ecosystem is helping combine human talent with AI-driven solutions and automation to improve healthcare operations.
