Mumbai: Purnima Kumar has been elevated to EVP – HR (Digital, Sports) and Total Rewards, JioStar.
In her new role, Kumar will be responsible for leading the people strategy and transformation charter of JioStar’s digital platforms and sports ecosystem. She will continue to lead compensation and benefits for JioStar.
Kumar has joined JioStar in November 2024 as Head – Total Rewards, People Programs, Talent Acquisition and co-lead JV integration for JioStar.
Previously, she has worked with The Walt Disney Company and for 16 years with Accenture in various HR positions.
