Bebgaluru: Suchi Chauhan has been promoted to Associate Director HR at Eli Lilly and Company. Earlier, Suchi has been serving as Sr Manager HR at Eli Lilly for two years.
She led strategic HR initiatives. Now she will drive the people strategy and strengthen HR capabilities. Earlier Suchi worked with Dell Technologies as Sr Analyst Talent Acquisition. There she worked closely with the CO’S office driving hiring strategies.
Prior to that she worked with TCS as Lead Workforce & Talent Management HR.
