Bengaluru: Naveen Narayanan has been promoted to CHRO of Biocon. In his new role, Narayanan will focus on Biocon’s talent development, organizational transformation and building a high-performance culture.
In his previous role as Global Head of HR at Biocon, Narayanan has been driving thr biosimilars business across 30+ geographies.
Earlier Narayanan led HR consulting, solutions and transformation initiatives ar KPISOFT. Prior to that he served in similar capacity at Publicis Sapient.
At thd beginning, Narayanan had senior HR stints eith HCLTech, Accenture and Standard Chartered Bank.
