Pune, 13 Apr, (CXO Media): Rinki Sharma has been appointed as AVP HR at Bharat Forge.
In her new role, Rinki will drive people strategy, enhance organizational capability and align HR initiatives with Bharat Forge’s 2.0 transformation journey.
She will help strengthen the global engineering footprint of Bharat Forge from a HR perspective.
Previously she had served as GM HR and AVP HR at Onward Technologies where she led thr talent management and HR strategies across the region.
Prior to that Rinki served in various HR positions over a decade with Neilsoft.
She had also served as HR Lead in Tata Communications.
