Coforge Launches AI Tools for Airlines to Tackle Flight Disruptions and Personalise Passenger Services

New Delhi, Apr 21, (CXO Media): Coforge has rolled out two AI-based solutions to improve airline operations and passenger management.

The company introduced Voyager.AI, a platform that combines booking details, loyalty data and passenger behaviour into a single traveller profile. The system uses predictive models to help airlines tailor offers, messages and services across different customer touchpoints. Airlines are increasingly adopting such tools as they shift towards retail-style passenger engagement, where personalised communication plays a larger role in customer retention and revenue management.

Alongside this, Coforge launched FlightFlex.AI, which focuses on managing operational disruptions such as delays and cancellations. The platform uses agentic AI to support decision-making, automate rebooking processes and keep passengers informed during disruptions. The system is designed to detect potential issues early and coordinate responses until normal operations resume.

Company executives said the platforms are built using the firm’s experience in airline technology systems and data workflows. The launch reflects a broader trend among airlines to use automation and predictive tools to handle complex operations while maintaining passenger communication during irregular flight events.
