Gurugram, Apr 21, (CXO Media): Kanika Kapoor has been appointed as Director, Data and Analytics at NatWest Group.
In her new role, Kanika will drive data-driven transformation at NatWest and strengthen its analytics-led decision-making capabilities.
She will also lead NatWest Group’s focus on digital banking innovation, advanced analytics and customer-centric financial solutions.
Kanika will drive NatWest’s strategic emphasis on leveraging data to drive business transformation.
Kanika has been serving NatWest Group for a long time in various positions including Sr VP, Analytics Lead – Cross Functional Transformation at NatWest Commercial and Institutional and Global Delivery Manager at NatWest Markets.
Prior to her association with the NatWest ecosystem, Kanika has worked with Infosys, Ernst & Young and Sapient.
