New Delhi, May 6(CXO Media): Colliers has promoted Anita Pardeshi as Director – Enterprise Solutions, India.
The appointment comes at a time when companies are rethinking office space usage and leasing strategies. Pardeshi will lead enterprise solutions for office services, focusing on portfolio optimization, strategic leasing, and managing real estate needs for large clients.
She has grown within the firm, moving up from Associate Director roles in office services. In her new role, she will work on helping companies reduce costs, improve space utilization, and plan long-term office strategies.
Alongside her role at Colliers, she is also co-founder of The Design Sage, adding experience in workplace design to her real estate background.
Before Colliers, Pardeshi worked with artizen, HADI TEHERANI PROJECT CONSULTANTS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED, Burberry, and BESTSELLER. Her experience includes business development, client management, and office real estate transactions. She also held roles at French Connection and Kaya Limited earlier in her career.
