New Delhi: As part of its continuous transformation and expansion plan, Indo National Limited, the manufacturer behind the consumer electrical brand Nippo, has announced fresh leadership changes. Former Nippo Head of Human Resources Amit Kumar Sharda has been promoted to CHRO, while former Head of Sourcing Suresh V is now in charge as Chief Supply Chain Officer.

As the business prepares for its next stage of expansion, which will be characterised by operational agility, technology adoption and a strong emphasis on personnel and culture, the news was made.

The announcement of the company’s restructuring is a calculated move in its diversification into modern businesses and its entry into the home care market.

The corporate HR mandate will now be led by Amit, a seasoned HR specialist with a thorough understanding of organisational behaviour and business strategy. Building a workforce prepared for the future, promoting leadership development, and cultivating an innovative, inclusive, and high-achieving culture will be his main priorities as CHRO.

As the Chief Supply Chain Officer, Suresh V has a wealth of experience in creating supply networks that are reliable, effective, and technologically advanced. Suresh will oversee all aspects of supply chain operations in his new position, including supplier management, risk mitigation, strategic planning, cost optimisation, and performance evaluation.

Commenting on the new developments, Pavan Kumar, CEO, Indo National Limited, said, “We have undertaken this leadership restructuring to gear up for the next phase of our journey. It is a strategic step towards strengthening the company’s core, building future-ready capabilities, and driving sustained growth across all verticals. These changes are a testament to our succession planning process and will help us build a more agile organisation, ready to seize new opportunities.”

“As CHRO, my role is centred around shaping and leading our people strategy in alignment with the organisation’s long-term vision. We aim to build a future-ready workforce driven by excellence, inclusivity, and innovation. A key priority will be strengthening leadership at every level and leveraging technology to enhance the employee experience. Our goal is to create a workplace where talent thrives and purpose drives performance,” said Amit.

“My goal as Chief Supply Chain Officer is to ensure seamless, efficient operations while driving innovation and profitability. I’ll focus on building a resilient, tech-enabled supply chain that supports long-term growth. By streamlining processes and empowering agile teams, we aim to deliver sustained impact across the value chain. I look forward to being an integral part of the company’s journey towards sustained growth in both top and bottom line,” said Suresh.

The executive team of Indo National Limited is now concentrating on developing a high-performance workforce as the company expands beyond its well-known battery goods and electrical solutions. The goal is to create a culture of creativity, cooperation, and involvement that will support the business’s growth plan while upholding the reputation for customer satisfaction and superior products that has been established over the previous 50 years.
