New Delhi: Vaishnavi Shukla, who is the former Comviva HR Head, has been appointed as VP-HR at Tata Communications.

During her stint with Comviva as their Head HR, she was responsible for spearheading HR strategies for diverse product portfolios, such as marketing tech innovators, to drive growth and innovation. She was further responsible for implementing cutting-edge HR practices to enhance employee engagement and productivity. She also led teams to develop talent management strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
