Abhinaya Nagarajan Moves from InCred to Lead Talent Hiring at Abhinandan Ventures

Abhinaya Nagarajan joins Abhinandan Ventures as Group Head - Talent Acquisition, leading the talent strategy, workforce scalability, and leadership hiring for their tech-driven companies.

New Delhi: Abhinaya Nagarajan has joined Abhinandan Ventures (previously Lodha Ventures) as Group Head – Talent Acquisition, according to an exclusive People Matters update.

Abhinandan Ventures keeps investing in top talent that can create scalability, innovation, and sustainable growth throughout its ecosystem, with a particular emphasis on cutting-edge, tech-driven companies.

As Group Head-Talent Acquisition, Nagarajan will be in charge of creating and directing the group’s whole talent strategy, emphasising workforce scalability, competency building, and leadership hiring in line with each venture’s goals.

Nagarajan has worked in human resources for more than 15 years, specialising in talent acquisition and HR business partnerships. Her areas of expertise are developing people strategies that are suited to changing business requirements and building HR operations from the ground up.

Her most recent position was with InCred Financial Services, where she oversaw the HR department for InCred Capital, which included business verticals such as international wealth, investment banking, asset management, and alternatives. She also contributed significantly to the establishment of the organisation’s Campus Relations strategy, which is a crucial phase in the long-term growth of the talent pipeline.

In her new position at Abhinandan Ventures, Nagarajan will collaborate closely with the group’s ventures’ leadership to improve their employer brand, scale their hiring process, and create teams that are prepared for the future and can support ambitious development objectives.
