New Delhi: Honeywell announced the launch of Honeywell Performance+ for Guided Work, a new connected workforce solution designed to improve efficiency and visibility in back-of-the-store operations.
The solution combines voice-driven guided work technology with advanced analytics to deliver real-time insights, streamlined workflows and improved workforce management.
Built on Honeywell’s Guided Work Solutions, the platform enables associates to use hands-free headsets to receive instructions, confirm tasks and report issues while performing picking, packing and maintenance activities.
Powered by AI, the system can accurately recognise speech in more than 48 languages, accounting for differences in accent, tone and pronunciation.
The solution also provides managers with real-time operational data through dashboards that help digitise manual processes, monitor performance and assign tasks more effectively.
According to Honeywell, the platform allows businesses to respond faster to incidents, track productivity across sites and support continuous performance improvements.
The company said the solution is aimed at helping organisations shift from reactive to proactive decision-making in complex supply chain environments.
