New Delhi, 20 Apr, (CXO Media): Accenture has appointed Sripad Patil as Managing Director. The appointment adds an experienced enterprise architecture and transformation leader to the company’s senior leadership at a time when global IT services firms are expanding capabilities around complex technology programs.
At Accenture, Patil is expected to work on large enterprise transformation initiatives and strategic technology programs across markets. The move reflects continued hiring of senior leaders by IT services companies to manage growing volumes of large-scale digital and modernization projects.
Before joining Accenture, Patil served as Senior Vice President – Complex Programs & Products at Ascendion, where he led enterprise programs involving complex product and delivery operations.
Earlier, Patil held the role of Chief Technology Officer for the Europe region at Mphasis, where he handled regional technology execution and delivery oversight. He also worked as Senior Vice President at Coforge, contributing to enterprise technology programs.
His earlier experience includes serving as Enterprise Architect at Mercer, where he led architecture initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. He started his career at NIIT Technologies, progressing from development roles to solutions architecture.
The appointment highlights continued leadership movement within large IT services firms as companies prepare to handle increasingly complex enterprise technology engagements.
