New Delhi, May 4 (CXO Media): Fresh leaks suggest the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max may introduce key upgrades in design, performance, and camera hardware.
Reports indicate Apple could move Face ID under the display, replacing the Dynamic Island with a punch-hole camera. This change may offer a cleaner viewing experience while keeping the overall design largely unchanged. Camera upgrades are expected to be a major highlight. Apple may introduce a mechanical iris system and a new stacked sensor, aimed at improving low-light performance, image clarity, and video quality.
The devices are likely to run on the A20 Pro chip, built on a 2nm process, with improved speed and power efficiency. Battery could also see an upgrade, with the Pro Max tipped to feature a 5100mAh unit. Apple is expected to launch the iPhone 18 Pro series in September 2026. India pricing may remain close to the current Pro models, starting around Rs 1.34 lakh, depending on market conditions.
