New Delhi, May 4 (CXO Media): Siddharth Subramanian has been appointed Director – Marketing | Digital Commerce at The Coca-Cola Company. In this role, he will oversee the company’s digital commerce strategy, with a focus on scaling online sales channels, improving platform-led consumer engagement, and strengthening e-commerce operations in key markets. The move comes as consumer brands continue to push deeper into digital retail to drive growth.
Subramanian’s mandate includes expanding Coca-Cola’s presence across online marketplaces and direct-to-consumer platforms. The company has been increasing investments in digital infrastructure and data-driven marketing as online grocery and quick commerce gain traction in India.
Before joining Coca-Cola in this capacity, Subramanian worked at Flipkart, where he handled P&L responsibilities and led national accounts for the grocery segment. His work there involved managing large-scale retail partnerships and driving category growth in a highly competitive e-commerce environment.
Earlier, he was associated with Godrej Consumer Products Limited, where he worked across sales, marketing, and brand roles. His experience spans both traditional FMCG operations and digital-first business models, which align with Coca-Cola’s current push towards omnichannel growth.
