New Delhi: Waterfield Advisors has announced the appointment of Saurabh Arora as Managing Director and Chief of Human Resources (CHRO).
Arora joins the firm with over two decades of experience in human resources across financial services. Prior to Waterfield, Saurabh has held leadership roles at Russell Investments and Morgan Stanley, where he played a key role in building the firm’s India footprint.
At Waterfield, Arora will oversee the firm’s human resources strategy, including organisational development, recruitment, retention and performance management, shaping a future-ready HR ecosystem, and talent strategies aligning with Waterfield’s vision to become a high-performing, agile, and values-driven organisation. His deep expertise will aid in employer branding and change management, attract, engage and retain top talent across all levels.
