Mumbai: Decimal Point Analytics, a leading technology-driven data analytics and AI solutions firm, has announced the appointment of Eric Yuen as Partner and Head of Data Science. This strategic move reflects the company’s continued focus on strengthening its data science capabilities and expanding its global footprint in financial analytics and AI-driven decision support.
Eric joins Decimal Point Analytics with over 20 years of expertise in finance, technology, and data science. He was most recently the Managing Director and Head of Data Science at Blackstone Credit, where he successfully built and led a high-impact data science team. His team supported both Liquid and Private Credit strategies, driving innovation in investment diligence, market intelligence, and portfolio management.
Prior to Blackstone, Eric spent 19 years at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in various senior leadership roles. His diverse experience at JPMorgan included overseeing digital strategy, managing fintech investments, driving enterprise-wide regulatory initiatives, and leading business operations for global commodities and capital management functions.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of New South Wales and is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) from CPA Australia. He has also served on the boards of private companies and educational institutions.
