A seasoned digital transformation leader, Nathani brings over 21 years of experience in IT strategy, process excellence, and innovation across manufacturing, FMCG, consumer durables, insurance, and IT sectors.
With a track record of driving digital-first enterprises, Nathani has led large-scale automation, cloud adoption, AI/ML initiatives, and enterprise architecture projects. He has successfully delivered over $45 million in savings through digital solutions, including cloud migration and AI-driven process optimizations. His leadership in integrating emerging technologies such as Salesforce, Blockchain, and Generative AI has been widely recognized.
Before joining Cohizon Life Sciences, Nathani served as General Manager and Head of IT at Hindalco Industries, where he led corporate digital transformation initiatives. His tenure included implementing a GenAI practice, driving data democratization for 10,000 users, overseeing CRM transformation with Salesforce, and establishing a Center of Excellence for program governance and value creation. His prior experience includes key roles at General Mills, Blue Star, Deloitte, and Wipro Infotech, where he led IT strategy and digital innovation projects.
Beyond his corporate role, Nathani actively engages with the technology community as a mentor and Google Local Guide, sharing insights on IT strategies and emerging tech trends. A CIO100 Disruptive100 Award recipient, he is also certified in Design Thinking, Agile, and UX Design.
