New Delhi: Honasa Consumer Limited, the parent company behind brands like Mamaearth, has appointed Harleen Bhatti as its new Vice President – Direct-to-Consumer (D2C). Prior to this role, Bhatti served as Vice President – D2C at Wellbeing Nutrition.
With over 15 years of experience spanning the D2C ecosystem and management consulting, Bhatti brings deep expertise in growth strategy, performance marketing, retention, CRM, and online customer experience. She has held leadership roles at prominent companies such as The Good Glamm Group, where she served as AVP Growth – Online Marketing, Retention, CRM & Analytics, and at Lenskart.com as Head of Retention Marketing.
Bhatti holds a full-time PGPM MBA from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a Master’s degree in Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
Her appointment is expected to strengthen Honasa’s D2C growth initiatives, focusing on enhancing customer lifetime value and driving sustainable revenue growth.
