Bengaluru: Noida International Airport (NIA) has announced a strategic partnership with Kyndryl, a leading IT infrastructure services provider, to manage its technology ecosystem and provide 24×7 support. With more than three decades of experience in transforming IT infrastructure across airlines and airports globally, Kyndryl will offer its advanced frameworks, services, and governance practices to NIA. This collaboration will ensure the airport’s technology-driven operations are efficient and secure.

Building a Robust IT Foundation

As a greenfield airport, NIA is focused on creating a seamless customer experience through advanced technology. Kyndryl will assist in reviewing NIA’s current IT architecture and help establish robust frameworks for policy management. The partnership will focus on implementing technology delivery changes, security services, asset management, and risk management, ensuring operational compliance.

AI-Powered IT Infrastructure Monitoring

Kyndryl will manage the IT estate at NIA through Kyndryl Bridge, an AI-powered integration platform designed to accelerate IT automation. This platform will be crucial in monitoring the real-time health and performance of airport systems, proactively detecting and addressing issues before they affect operations. Kyndryl will also provide comprehensive cybersecurity services, including first-response systems to address security incidents and monitor health status to ensure seamless operations.
