Reeti Dubey has been named as the new Head of Human Resources (HR Head) at Google Operations Center, India. Reeti herself made the news on her LinkedIn profile, expressing her enthusiasm for the new position.
Reeti was hired at a time when Google Operations Center is growing in India, therefore her position is essential to the development and prosperity of the company.
In her LinkedIn post, Reeti shared:
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of HR, Google Operations Center, India at Google Operations Center!”
In her role as Head of HR, Reeti will be in charge of workforce development, talent management, and human resources strategy for the Google activities Center’s activities in India.
Her responsibilities are expected to include:
- Driving HR initiatives that align with Google’s values and vision.
- Enhancing employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Leading diversity and inclusion programs.
- Implementing innovative talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Additionally, she supported employment strategies for multinational companies including RBS, Perot Systems (now Dell) and EDS (now HP) as a freelance consultant.
Reeti graduated from Symbiosis in Pune with a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with a Human Resource Management concentration.
She is qualified to oversee HR operations at GOC due to her broad experience and educational background.
