Neo Group appoints Shajikumar Devakar, a veteran with 25+ years in private banking and wealth management, as a key leader to drive its goal of becoming India's top wealth and asset management company.

New Delhi: Today, Neo Group announced a critical leadership addition that strengthens its goal of becoming India’s leading wealth and asset management company.
Shajikumar Devakar, a seasoned professional with over 25 years of illustrious leadership experience in the private banking and wealth management sectors, joins Neo Wealth & Asset Management.

Before this assignment, Shaji was the Executive Director and Managing Director of 360 ONE Wealth, where he controlled the company’s worldwide activities in the Middle East and headed the South India business. He also managed a sizable network of top private bankers and prestigious clientele.

He has held executive positions at several of the world’s leading wealth management firms, such as Barclays Wealth and Deutsche Wealth Management, where he was instrumental in growing top-performing teams and providing outstanding results for ultra-high net worth clients worldwide.
Neo Group has also firmly established its extensive geographic footprint in all of India’s major regions with this effort. On 14 May, Shaji will start working for Neo.
