As the firm is expanding and getting ready to go public, Licious has brought on board Bhakti Shirke to spearhead its talent acquisition strategy. Shirke has more than ten years of experience in the IT and BFSI industries, giving him a strong foundation in employer branding and talent acquisition.
Announcing her new role on LinkedIn, Shirke described herself as a “champion for creating opportunities and bringing joy,” and proudly referred to herself as a “cheerleader” for her team of “rockstar recruiters.” She also emphasized her mission to be a custodian of attracting awesome talent aligned with Licious’s ‘People Code’ — the company’s cultural and people-first framework.
Shirke has performed leadership roles before joining Licious, where she developed open and cooperative hiring ecosystems, introduced creative hiring practices, and created employer brands from the bottom up. She will be in charge of creating and carrying out best-in-class hiring practices, boosting the company’s employer brand, and encouraging an innovative culture to draw in top talent at Licious.
