New Delhi: Dapinder Singh Narula has joined Mankind Pharma as General Manager-Human Resources, with an emphasis on Talent Management, according to reports. He will work from the company’s corporate office in Delhi and report to Prateek Dubey.
Narula brings with him about 15 years of expertise in the human resources industry, having worked for a number of reputable companies and industries. He has developed strong skills in HR Business Partnering, Learning & Organisation Development, and Talent Management over his career.
His career journey has consistently been characterised by his ability to match HR practices with business objectives.
Narula oversaw several important HR portfolios at Jubilant FoodWorks before accepting his present position at Mankind Pharma.
Talent management, competency building, HR business partnering, and creating HR frameworks that complemented company goals and people development were among his duties.
Given his background in a variety of industries and his solid academic background, Narula is anticipated to be essential in determining the organisation’s people agenda.
