New Delhi: Nazia Abidi, who brings over 10 years of HR expertise from high-growth consumer and tech-driven companies, is now Pizza Hut’s Chief People & Culture Officer for the Indian subcontinent.
Her most recent position was with the CarDekho Group, where she oversaw HR for Southeast Asia and was instrumental in growing the fintech division of the company, Rupayy.
Abidi will lead the subcontinent’s people strategy, directing organisational transformation, talent management initiatives, and fostering a high-performance culture centred on ongoing growth and development. She has experience in HR Business Partnering, driving change management, employer branding and talent acquisition.
