Mumbai: Preeti Jain has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer (CPO) at Adani GCC Private Limited. She confirmed her new role via a LinkedIn post.
Building a top-tier GCC centred on innovation, internal talent and process quality would be greatly aided by Jain’s vast HR leadership experience in companies like Airtel, Droom and Huawei.
Her history of spearheading strategic workforce planning and cultural transformation will be crucial in determining Adani GCC’s next stage of expansion.
Before taking up this position, Jain was Bharti Airtel’s Vice President of Human Resources, where she was in charge of HR operations for several important verticals, such as network services, DTH and internet.
Her leadership throughout the “One Airtel” integration effort had a key role in streamlining operations, establishing a high-performance culture and bringing business divisions together under a single organisational ethos.
Jain holds a postgraduate degree in HR Management and a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, combining analytical rigour with people-first thinking, a blend that has defined her career so far.
