New Delhi: Global technology services and solutions leader Genpact has announced the acquisition of XponentL Data, a data products and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions provider company. The move strengthens Genpact’s focus on data-driven and AI-powered transformation strategies, enhancing its ability to support clients from AI planning to implementation.
XponentL brings deep industry expertise, domain-led data strategy, and engineering capabilities, along with established partnerships, including with Databricks, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft. The acquisition significantly boosts Genpact’s reach and technical capacity in enterprise data platforms and accelerates its AI transformation capabilities across sectors. With a strong presence in life sciences and healthcare, XponentL adds process-specific solutions that align with Genpact’s Service-as-Agentic-Solutions and its AI Gigafactory initiative—critical programs designed to deliver operational efficiency and drive business growth in the agentic AI era.
As part of the deal, all XponentL employees will join Genpact, and XponentL founder and CEO Johnstone will continue to lead the business under the Genpact umbrella. This acquisition marks a strategic step forward in Genpact’s broader pivot to AI and advanced technologies.
