New Delhi: Sonal Shah, renowned for having a track record of successfully delivering strategic HR solutions in a variety of corporate leadership roles, has been appointed as the Director of Human Capital Advisory Solutions at KPMG.
Her notable contributions to client-centric human capital strategies have distinguished her advancement from Associate Director to Senior Associate Director.
“I’m happy to share that I have been promoted as Director – Human Capital Advisory Solutions at KPMG India! This moment just isn’t mine – it’s stitched together by every person who believed in me before I believed in myself, who stretched me with intention, who stood quietly in my corner, as I found my voice and created space for me to grow into the leader, I am still becoming,” Shah shared on LinkedIn.
Shah had important HR leadership positions at Bharti Airtel before joining KPMG India. There, she oversaw HR for Finance, Commercial, and Supply Chain departments and oversaw significant initiatives like the Africa IPO. Her prior positions at Accenture and Amadeus Labs further solidified her proficiency in strategic people management and organisational transformation.
