Kolkata: Shrija Chandak has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Chief Development Officer (CDO) of Titagarh Rail Systems Ltd.
In her dual mandate, Shrija will lead both people strategy and digital transformation for the organization.
She will drive HR excellence while accelerating digitization initiatives aligned with the organization’s growth and innovation agenda.
Shrija will strengthen organizational capability, enable digital transformation, and align people strategy with business expansion across India and global markets.
Earlier, Shrija served for 15 years at Amrit Cement, including as Chief of HR & Digitization.
Even before that, she had worked with Aegis Global and Genpact India.
