New Delhi: Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories has promoted Namrata Gill as VP-HR Global Consumer Health & Europe Generics.
For over a decade has been with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories as VP-HR, where she was the Global HR head for the API and APSL business.
Further, she was also heading HR for all Global CoEs (Rewards and performance, Digital HR, PMS, OD, Talent Management, talent acquisition, Employer branding, People analytics, Campus and employee experience).
Now, as the HR Head for Global Consumer Health and Europe Generics, “I partner closely with cross-functional leadership to drive business transformation, build future-ready talent pipelines, and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture across diverse geographies,” exclaimed Gill.
Her core responsibilities will include:
- Lead end-to-end HR strategy and execution for Global Consumer Health and Europe Generics businesses.
- Support commercial and all value chain teams across Europe, with a focus on strategic workforce planning, organisational design, and capability building.
- Embedding a culture of accountability, learning, and agility aligned with Dr. Reddy’s values.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape people strategies that accelerate growth and enable innovation.
- Coach and develop leadership teams to drive engagement, performance, and purpose-led leadership.
