Nupur Shrivastava has been promoted to the position of HR Leader – Asia Pacific by Intel Corporation. Nupur, who is based in Bengaluru, will now be in charge of the Asia Pacific human resources department, managing workforce transformation, talent strategy, and culture-building programs.
When Nupur joined Intel in 2019 as Director of Business HR and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Leader, her career with the company officially began.
Strategic workforce planning, cross-cultural team development, and inclusive recruiting procedures have all benefited greatly from her leadership.
Nupur held significant HR leadership positions at Arm prior to joining Intel, first as the HR Head for India and then as the Global Lead for Diversity & Inclusion.
Her earlier career includes impactful stints at:
- Nokia – HR Manager, R&D
- Honeywell Technologies – HR Business Partner
- Harita TVS Technologies – Team Lead, Competency Management
- Titan Industries – HR Management Trainee
Since then, she has worked for more than 20 years, specializing in organizational change, leadership development, and people strategy.
