Gurugram: Uno Minda has announced the appointment of Aditi Sharma as its new Chief Manufacturing Excellence Officer.
This marks a significant move towards strengthening the company’s commitment to quality, innovation, and operational excellence.
Sharma brings with her an extensive background in manufacturing and business leadership, having held key roles in several top global organizations. Her previous positions include Vice President- GSC-CS&Q at Schneider Electric for India, Middle East, Africa, EAJP, and South America; Group Chief Quality Officer & Asset Optimization at Vedanta Resources; and Vice President – Manufacturing/Quality at Cummins Inc. She has also served as Head of CRM and Business Transformation at Vodafone, reflecting her diverse leadership experience across industries.
Sharma’s appointment is expected to add strategic depth to Uno Minda’s manufacturing initiatives. Her leadership is anticipated to be crucial in driving excellence across the company’s global manufacturing footprint.
