Syntel by Arvind Partners with Altai Technologies to Expand Industrial Wi-Fi Infrastructure Across India

MediaTek Launches Dimensity 9500 with Focus on AI Performance, Gaming and Power Efficiency

New Delhi: Syntel by Arvind has partnered with Hong Kong-based Altai Technologies to deploy industrial-grade Wi-Fi solutions across India, focusing on improving wireless connectivity in sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, and public infrastructure.

The partnership will integrate Altai’s high-performance wireless systems into Syntel’s networking portfolio, with a phased rollout and industry engagement events planned across four cities, Pune, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Mumbai, starting in August.

The collaboration aims to address the growing demand for stable and secure wireless infrastructure in high-density environments. According to the companies, the deployment will include Altai’s patented Smart Antenna Technology and Smart Roaming™, features engineered to reduce latency and data loss while covering large areas with fewer access points.

Sectors such as ports, BFSI, manufacturing, hospitality, and education are among the intended beneficiaries of the rollout. The companies claim that this infrastructure will support enterprise-grade security, integrated with Check Point systems.

The strategic alliance also reflects growing investment in India’s digital infrastructure. With the country accelerating its digital economy initiatives, industrial-grade wireless connectivity is increasingly being viewed as a foundational requirement for automation, IoT integration, and remote operations.

Danny Ng, Senior VP of Altai Technologies, said India represents a high-growth market where industrial connectivity is essential for digital modernization. Venkatesh Palanidass of Syntel noted that the alliance brings together local integration capabilities and globally tested technologies to meet this demand.
