When Tech Mahindra announced audited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, in Noida on July 17, CEO and MD Mohit Joshi stated that the company will continue to concentrate on improving soft skills among new hires throughout the fiscal year.
Additionally, the business will keep up its hiring drive on campus and expedite staff training in cutting-edge technology, including artificial intelligence. More than 77,000 workers have already received AI and generative AI training, according to Joshi.
Sharing his focus on skills, Tech Mahindra is looking for among new hires, “It’s always a pleasure to engage with young talent, especially on campuses. We conduct standard assessments that evaluate both quantitative abilities and soft skills. Once selected, candidates go through a rigorous training program at Tech Mahindra, which includes modules on AI and emerging technologies. Naturally, candidates who already have some familiarity with technology or AI are better positioned for these entry-level roles,” Joshi mentioned.
