Mumbai: Apoorva Chawla has been appointed as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition and HR by Parle Biscuits for its International Business Division.
In her new role, Chawla will lead global hiring strategy, workforce planning and HR operations for Parle’s overseas business.
Chawla’s role will centre on strengthening global talent pipelines, fostering employee engagement and building a cohesive culture across markets.
Before Parle, Chawla was the Director and Head of People Development and Business HR at Cohizon Life Sciences.
Earlier, she had worked with Cipla, Infosys, Usha International and Synapse Information Services.
