Mphasis, through its US subsidiary, has acquired a 26% preferred equity stake in Aokah, enhancing its AI-led, human-driven solutions for Global Capability Centres (GCCs).

New Delhi: In a strategic move aimed at revolutionising the way enterprises set up and scale Global Capability Centres (GCCs), Mphasis has announced the acquisition of a 26% preferred equity stake in Aokah through its wholly owned subsidiary, Mphasis Corporation, in the US.

This investment marks a significant milestone in enhancing AI-led, human-driven solutions for the GCC ecosystem.

With the global demand for agile, intelligent, and scalable GCC operations growing rapidly, this collaboration positions Mphasis at the forefront of next-generation enterprise transformation. By combining its technology and delivery scale with Aokah’s AI-powered platform, Mphasis aims to provide end-to-end support for enterprises at every stage of the GCC lifecycle—from strategy and setup to scale and sustained excellence.
