New Delhi: Bounteous has appointed Martin Young as Executive Vice President, Data & AI, marking a strategic move to strengthen its global focus on artificial intelligence. The appointment reflects the growing demand for consultancies to build advanced AI capabilities as enterprises seek to integrate emerging technologies into core business operations.
Young, who has more than two decades of experience in technology consulting, has led large-scale AI and data programs, developed strategic alliances with leading AI providers, and guided global brands through adoption of enterprise AI systems. Prior to joining Bounteous, he served as Managing Director, Global Data & AI at Slalom, where he played a key role in expanding AI capabilities across markets, building partnerships with companies such as OpenAI and Anthropic, and enabling enterprise-scale deployments in collaboration with cloud providers.
In his new role, Young will lead Bounteous’ AI strategy, focusing on responsible integration of data and AI technologies to help clients achieve measurable business outcomes. The company emphasized that his expertise will support the development of frameworks that balance innovation with transparency and accountability in AI adoption.
The announcement comes amid increasing competition in the consulting sector, as firms accelerate investments in AI training, tools, and delivery models to meet rising client demand. Bounteous was recently named a Representative Vendor in Gartner’s Market Guide for Global Digital Marketing Agencies, which noted that agencies continue to make significant investments in AI. Young’s appointment signals the company’s intent to expand its role in shaping enterprise AI strategies on a global scale.
