New Delhi: Media intelligence platform Wizikey has introduced “Ask Wizikey,” a new tool designed to integrate verified media data directly into AI assistants used by marketing and communication teams. The company claims this is the first such tool built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), enabling assistants such as Claude, Windsurf, and CursorPro to deliver source-linked insights without data hallucinations. Integration with ChatGPT is expected once OpenAI enables MCP compatibility.
The launch addresses growing concerns around data reliability in marketing and communications. According to Salesforce’s 2024-2025 “State of Marketing and GenAI” report, accuracy and quality remain the top concerns for marketers, ranking higher than issues of trust, skills, and job security. Wizikey says its system draws on a corpus of nearly 3 billion news items across print, online, and social media each month, processing the information in under five seconds to deliver verified insights.
The tool allows users to generate interactive dashboards, analyze sentiment and themes in media coverage, and automate reporting. According to the company, this can cut manual monitoring workloads significantly and reduce the time needed for coverage analysis and report creation.
“Ask Wizikey” was showcased at B2B Marketing Unboxed 2025, where over half the participating firms expressed interest in early access. Marketing leaders who have tested the tool highlighted its ability to provide board-ready reports backed by source-linked data, which they said could strengthen decision-making at the leadership level.
Founded in 2021, Wizikey has built its platform around automating media monitoring and analysis, with operations across multiple international markets. The company earlier this year launched Imara, an AI-powered avatar for corporate communications, reflecting its focus on building AI-driven tools for the MarTech and PR ecosystem.
