New Delhi: Zoom Communications has announced that Zoom Phone, its AI-powered cloud telephony platform, has crossed 10 million seats worldwide. 

Launched in 2019, the platform has rapidly scaled to become one of the fastest-growing cloud-based communication solutions, signaling a strong market shift from traditional PBX systems to modern, unified communication platforms.
