Reliance General Insurance Partners with UK-based Mayfair We Care to Expand Global Healthcare and Travel Assistance

New Delhi: Reliance General Insurance has entered into a strategic partnership with Mayfair We Care, a UK-based global health benefits administrator, to strengthen its international healthcare and travel assistance network for policyholders. The collaboration, effective from August 1, 2025, aims to enhance Reliance General’s global service delivery by integrating Mayfair’s expertise in cross-border medical support and claims administration.

As part of the agreement, Mayfair We Care will manage a 24×7 multilingual Alarm Centre to assist Reliance General customers traveling or residing overseas. The centre will function as a single point of contact for medical referrals, appointment coordination, tele-assistance, and emergency medical services such as evacuation and repatriation. It will also extend non-medical support, including visa and inoculation information, interpreter and embassy referrals, and assistance with lost documents or luggage.

The partnership is designed to provide Reliance General’s policyholders with smoother access to healthcare and emergency aid abroad, while ensuring compliance with international standards of service delivery. The agreement has been signed for an initial term of three years, with provisions for renewal based on performance and service outcomes.

According to Reliance General Insurance CEO Rakesh Jain, the collaboration aligns with the company’s broader focus on strengthening its customer support ecosystem and providing comprehensive protection across geographies. The initiative reflects the growing need for integrated global healthcare solutions within the insurance industry as cross-border travel continues to increase.
