Ramco Systems Signs MOU with The ePlane Company to Power India’s First Electric Air Taxi

Chennai: Global aviation software provider Ramco Systems has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with The ePlane Company (Ubifly Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), a startup focused on redefining urban air mobility through its flagship electric aircraft, the ePlane e200X.

Partnership to Build a Digital Backbone

Under the agreement, ePlane will use Ramco Aviation Software to manage the entire lifecycle of its e200X fleet, which includes air taxi, air ambulance, and air cargo variants. The collaboration aims to strengthen ePlane’s digital operations as it moves toward certification, manufacturing, and commercial deployment of the e200X.

The partnership will be rolled out in phases, matching the e200X’s progress through regulatory and production milestones. This phased approach will ensure ePlane develops a strong and scalable digital foundation to support its growth.

Comprehensive Software Suite

Through this MOU, ePlane will gain access to Ramco’s integrated modules covering Engineering & CAMO, Maintenance, Supply Chain, MRO & Part Sales, Flight Operations, Safety, Quality and Compliance, Manufacturing, Employee Management, and Finance & Accounting. These tools will enable efficient management of operations and compliance across the e200X’s lifecycle.
