The event featured live demos, new integrations with Microsoft, Google, and Cisco, and a deep dive into how Zoom’s AI Companion 3.0 and Agentic AI capabilities are transforming both employee and customer experiences.
AI Companion 3.0: Smarter, Cross-Platform Collaboration

In the innovation showcase, Mehar Ullipalem, Head of Solutions Engineering, India & SAARC, Zoom, demonstrated how Zoom’s AI Companion 3.0 enables users to join, summarize, and act across multiple platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and Slack and able to execute workflows across business applications like Jira, ServiceNow.
Custom Agent Builder for the Custom AI Companion Add-on
Zoom introduced a Custom Agent Builder for the Custom AI Companion Add-on that allows organizations to build AI Companion agents, tailor them by adding knowledge and tools to handle tasks.
- Pre-defined templates are available for common workflows like CTI CRM integrations, incident management, etc.,
- Connectors and App Actions let users execute external workflows directly within Zoom meetings.
Customer Experience Reinvented
Mehar also showcased how Zoom’s Agentic AI supports the full customer lifecycle—from sales to service. It was demonstrated how a sales representative used Zoom Revenue Accelerator to prioritize leads, enrich CRM data, and auto-schedule meetings.
When a customer faced an issue post-sale, Zoom’s Virtual Agent recognized the problem, offered an exchange, and passed complete context to a human agent. The system even suggested loyalty discounts and tracked quality trends across support interactions.
Zoom and Microsoft: Seamless Ecosystem Integration
The company reinforced its interoperability with Microsoft’s ecosystem, integrating with many products like SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Office, and Teams.
Under this collaboration, users can now reserve rooms via Zoom Workspace Reservation and join either Zoom or Teams meetings. The partnership now extends to fully featured Zoom Meetings on Cisco Room Devices and Cisco Room Devices and Google Meet, offering a unified experience across platforms, and also offers immersive experiences with Google Beam.
Panel Discussion: Innovate to Grow

The panel brought together leaders from different industries to discuss how digital transformation, collaboration, and innovation are driving business growth. The conversation focused on how organizations are adapting to a hybrid work world, leveraging technology to stay connected, and using platforms like Zoom to simplify complex, distributed operations.
Farzin Farrokh Najmi, Head of Broadcast, Tech, and Ops (Sports) Enterprise IT Cybersecurity, JioStar India, emphasized how innovation fuels storytelling and collaboration. “We’re in the business of creating stories. Innovation brings our teams together and helps us deliver faster.”
Rajesh Panchal, Head of IT at INOX Air Products, shared INOX’s journey of using Zoom has been beneficial during the pandemic to coordinate critical Oxygen supply operations across India. “We had leveraged Zoom collaboration platform within INOX AP and across all India Government & State departments responsible team,” he said. He noted that early investment in technology helped INOX manage operations even in crisis. Today the Zoom collaboration to next level adoption is in progress with the business team.
Presentation by Kranti Hindwani, Logitech

In his presentation, Kranti Hindwani focused on how Logitech and Zoom are working together to improve hybrid work experiences.
He explained that as workplaces shift to flexible setups, organizations face challenges in ensuring equal participation between remote and in-office employees. Logitech has introduced its latest video collaboration devices—such as Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, and Rally Bar Huddle—designed for different meeting room sizes. These devices feature AI-driven cameras that automatically frame participants, along with advanced microphones and speakers for clear communication.
Kranti also highlighted that Logitech’s hardware is deeply integrated with Zoom’s software, enabling seamless features like one-touch meeting joins, automatic updates, and consistent performance across all meeting spaces.
Furthermore, he discussed Logitech Sync, a management platform that allows IT teams to monitor, update, and troubleshoot devices remotely, reducing maintenance time and cost.
Overall, the presentation emphasized simplicity, reliability, and inclusivity as key goals, showing how Logitech and Zoom’s collaboration aims to make hybrid meetings more natural, productive, and accessible for everyone.

The panel discussion focused on how AI and collaboration tools are transforming education, customer engagement, and business efficiency.
Dr. Nitin Zadpe, Head of IT, MIT School of Distance Education, explained how MIT’s fully online education model allows professionals with limited time to upskill through online admissions, classes, and exams. He used an analogy comparing online classes to watching a cricket match on TV versus at a stadium, stressing that virtual education must add interactive and engaging elements like commentary, captions, and multiple perspectives to keep students interested.
Alok Kr. Jha, Head of Product, NICMAR University, Pune, shared how Zoom’s integration with learning management systems like Moodle helps automate attendance tracking, recording, and class delivery.
Prashant Kaushik, Lead Operations & Marketing, 1% Club, explained that his company uses Zoom across various operations, from large webinars to internal meetings, because of its dependable recording, transcription, and integration features. He highlighted how features like automatic cloud recording, breakout rooms, Q&A sections, and host controls make a big difference for sales and engagement. He also shared a case where they used Zoom to automatically create summaries and publish blog content directly from recordings, saving time and improving workflow.
Vishal Thakkar, Director – Customer Success, Sectona, discussed the importance of secure technology and customer trust. He emphasized that customers demand compliance and secure platforms, so any collaboration tools must meet strict standards. Zoom’s focus on providing solutions with security built into the design helps build client confidence.
Panelists also shared their favorite Zoom features. One mentioned the benefit of Zoom’s transcription and documentation tools for maintaining accurate technical records and reducing repetitive administrative work. These tools allowed teams to focus more on meaningful tasks rather than post-meeting documentation.
